Your logic is flawless! I will try this tonight for the hell of it. ThanX! :bigteeth:
well ... Bananas are a good sorce of B6, so ...
Good logic :)
I wonder why this works... It couldn't possilby be the combined effects of B6 from the banana combined with WBTB and autosuggestion, now, could it? :) Anyways good idea. That is a very logical technique, and totally makes sence scientifically that it works, unlike many of the techniques you see which mainly only worked because the person tricked the subconscious to think it would, and then failed after two nights. As Borat would say, "hi five". :bravo:
im gonna eat a couple bananas right now. good night!
Well how did it work for everyone?
I'm going to try this tommorow night...
I'd try it but my mom never seems to buy a steady amount of banana's
it's not detail but simple hahaha....
to hope to become LD is important
Iīve done this one before, and succeded two times in a row.
I donīt think i ate bananas,, but I will do it next time. And When i did it I read my dreamdiary before falling asleep.
I did it last night, I had a great lucid! ^_^
wish i had some bannanas right now...
Good to hear!
I was reading all the posts and was like:
"Geez, someone tell us what happened everyone is just saying they are going to try it!"
The problems is, many of them posted that just today.
Glad I found some results!
My turn:
I will try tonight to if I can find any bananas in this house.

Results:
Nada, no dream recall.
I wonder if the bananas really make a difference. I thought the effects of food wear off after a few hours (not more than six). Anyone tried eating after they wake up again, for the WBTB?
Otherwise, does that mean this can have the same effects as having a Vitamin B pill? We don't have any bananas... :D
Basically, but vitamin B pills often have much more vitamin B than a couple bananas, which can cause very dark and depressed almost nighmarish dreams with tons of FAs. So its good for a chance to induce LDs, but from what I have heard it can be not-so-fun. Though I personally haven't tried it, as I prefer to induce by myself, though eating a couple bananas doesn't seem like cheating, so when my mom buys bananas I'll try this technique.
when you go back to sleep, do you WILD?
Quick question
When you say "think about lucid dreaming" do you mean fantasize that you are in one, this about what lucid dreaming is, or what? thanks
Mmmmm....banannanns...
Best thing about living in the tropics; we can never eat all the bananas we have!
I think it is because it is a multi-B vitamin, and only contains 50mg of B6, and has other B-vitamins too (I would guess this balances it out a bit, causing less extremeness). Pure B6 pills which contain like 200-300mg of B6 are what cause those experiences generally because they have so much.
