Thread: "instant Self Hypnosis"

so there is this book hat you can read and be hypnotized. i tried it for LD and as i went out of the hypnoticstate i felt lke i have slept for a couple hrs. i do not know if it will work, but ima also try it for dream recall. i will report bak when ihave some reults.

I believe skuruza is referring to Instant Self-Hypnosis: How to Hypnotize Yourself With Your Eyes Open. I don't know if the lucid dreaming post-hypnotic suggestion (PHS) works, but I remember trying the amazing dream recall PHS in a bookstore once (before I learned about lucid dreaming) and it was effective after one session (iirc 4-7 sessions are recommended for best results).

ihave a question: what if i getinterrupted during awakening? the phone rang while i was finishing awakening. doesall tha suggestion go to waste if that happens?

also, how many tims a day is the max for these things?

I'm not sure if you are asking me specifically, but I don't know much about hypnosis. I would guess, however, that the phone call didn't help your session. Nevertheless, don't think of it as a waste; you will find it to be a self-fulfilling prophesy. I assume that's especially true with hypnosis since it taps into your subconscious. My advice is this: try it once a day and wait patiently (but expectantly) for results. Please let us know how it goes. Good luck!
