Okay, for me, WILD is easy, even though I am a newbie. But everytime I start to dream, I can't control it nor can I participate. I am merely a spectator watching a dream happening while I am conscious. Sometimes it is even weirder than that. I will hear a dream happening but have no visuals. Like I will hear my friends talking to me and trying to get me to say stuff, but I know it is a dream. I dont' even know what is going on. I only know that WILD is doing some crazy stuff. Help?

That sounds like hypnagogia to me and not a dream yet...

      Now here is Nowhere

I woke up this morning and got into bed. Went up to the roof and swam down the chimney to the mall. They had a special on meat so I poured some into a glass and watered the milkman. Then I drew myself home and found the fish had ate the cat the cat had ate the dog and the dog had been eaten by the mailman. Then I got out of bed and went back to sleep.

It can? so lemme get this straight (im a newbie).

1 You lie down on back.
2 Close eyes and do breathing method or reverse blink.
      3 You feel SP.
      4 You see HI
      5 Get drawn into dream.

How long does this whole process take, 1/2 hour, 1 hour?

Any advice on WILD would be appreciated. Thanks, person
