I recently got back into lucid dreaming after getting LaBerge's book last weekend (school takes too much focusing). So I tried to do some things that I think would give a high chance of me going lucid. I was going to try a wild. |

It's just because your body ain't used to the entire thing. The feeling of seeing stuff that is false, the numbness, the feeling of leviation. The excitement plus the unknown aspect, is a cocktail, that your body will react very weird to the first times. Some people get a racing heart, some people just get very aware and looses the entire thing in one second. Some people don't experience anything, and they just go on. Just keep trying. You're close |

Yea I've gotten to that point as well and my heart did start racing and I was very excited but tried to remain calm. After that point, which felt so crazy, I just kind of came out of it and could not get to that point again. I was very dissapointed. |
