Would getting into a deeply meditated state and doing MILD from there increase your chances of having a DILD. It makes sense to me because you are more in tune with your subconcious and that might make MILD more effective for realizing you are in a dream. If anybody has tried this or something similar to it please reply. |

Here is a nice tutorial for self-hypnosis. I got some files from remotehypnosis.com before he put prices on them. They're helpful with HI and potential WILDs, especially in the afternoon. I also find that if I clear my mind before going to sleep, then I usually have a higher chance of an LD. But I'm usually too lazy to clear my mind every night or WBTB. |
