      I usually listen to music while I fall asleep, but ever since I've started attempting to WILD, I've found it impossible to concentrate on anything but the music. Not a brilliant revelation, but it makes sense. Have you ever successfully WILD'ed while listening to music? Or tried?

      I've tried falling asleep with binural beats played to music, which should make the whole thing easy, but haven't been able to. In fact, while trying to WILD, a song usually pops into my head even when I'm not listening to anything and messes everything up.

      Music = bad for WILD.

      Binural beats is a good idea, but it distracts some people. If you're interested, check out http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/inde...showtopic=1652

      I never LD if I fall asleep listening to music. Infact, I discovered that when I fall asleep listening to music my dream recall drops significantly. Usually I don't remember a single dream if I've fallen asleep to music
