      perhaps the best method ever???

hey all. i just wanted to start a lil testing of my new method (well i at least think that it's my method, prolly be done and posted before though...). well here's what u do:

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      1. do anything u want before going to be, as in any method right before bed. (the reason i say do anything u want is cuz if doesn't matter cuz u'll be up in a little bit anywayz. maybe u can become lucid with one of those method or sumthing before waking up later...)

      2. wake up 4:15 minutes later (4 hours and 15 minutes).

      3. recall the current dream.

      4. then go back to sleep but REMEMBER THE INTENTION that u wanna enter that dream again and as soon as u do, u'll realize it's a dream and become lucid. (that is the most important thing while becomming Lucid! REMEMBER THE INTENTION!!!)

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
that is *my* lil method i'm trying at the moment. plz tell me if ur going to try it/if ur interested in trying it. then post ur results here...

I've done that. I don't know it's official name (if it has one) but it's a very easy way to attain a WILD

I'm pretty sure that's a MILD, but I'm not sure. Sounds like a good method to me, even though I've still to try it..

I find the above works really well when you can sleep in late and nap throughout the morning. You can just continuously wake up with some remembrance of your dream (as you probably only sleep for half an hour at a time near the end of the morning), go back to sleep with the intent of becoming lucid, and keep it up until you finally decide it's time to go get some lunch! I can't always become lucid this way, but you do at least tend to get a lot of dreams that you can remember upon waking. S'good for the ol' dream journal.

The best method ever is whatever works best for the individual practicing LUCID DREAMING.

I was positive I has posted in this thread!! i even came on here to look for this thread to find I hadnt posted in it!! Anyway, I can do this well, as long as i wake up enough to remember my dream, i lie back down think about it and slip back in, though It does not make me lucid, i kind of realize its a dream but not properly1

p.s i am so sure I posted this before!! GRRR lol
