Most of my LD have been either MILDS or DILDS , so yesterday I decided I wanted to try WILD .
So I went to sleep at 12 , got up at 6 , stayed up for 45 minutes , reading the forum , ate half a milky way ( which I heard helps ) , and went to bed .
I started counting , and when I got to 200 or so I felt like little pins poking me very fast , tingling like , so I kept at it , the about 5 minutes later a sudden hot/cold feeling came all over me , specially my legs . I kept on going but then everyone in my family started waking up and making noise ( getting ready for school , work ) plus I started hearing cars outside . So I got distracted and decided to go to sleep .
Was I on the right path ?
      Thanks in advance

PS I did have one DILD but a very poor one .

It sounds like a WILD to me. Although, none of that stuff happens to me. All I get is a feeling of a heavy body. The feelings are different for pretty much everybody. Some people feel things, others feel nothing. Some people see things, others see nothing. I think that if you would have kept going, you would have probably achieved a WILD. Keep practicing, because it seems to me that you would be good at WILD.

I suggest WILD'ing at different times, though. So that people or other things (like cars) can't bother you.
      Sure, why not?
