Hello

I think starting off doing the WILD technique with no experience at all was a bad idea... I am going to try to start building up the DILD method, then when I got that down, I might go back to try the WILD technique a time or two.

Dream recall I can pretty much do, but reality checks:

-how can I do efficient reality checks? Like with my hand, do I look at it, look away, then look at it again? Or do I think in my mind "there will be 3 fingers when I look back" while I look away?

-do I do the same with everything else, look at it, look away and concentrate on it being different, then look back?

-How many times do I do it? like once every 15 minutes?
