Automatic Wild

I find it very tedius to count whilst doing a wild so i have adapted automatic wrighting to wild form. Well essentally all you need to do is imagine yourself talking. However you need to stay within these rules 1. The topic has to be random, your not meant to plan what your going to say just go with the flow. 2. You will need to let go off everything and just concentrate on task so you will not control breathing e.t.c. let your body take over all functions. 3. Speed is very important you will have to push yourself to imagining speaking fast, also try to not lose conscious awearness of speech. Saying that you have to understand what your saying i.e. dont go impossibly fast just faster then normal. Their are very noticable effect from this one you will start hearing other voices and two you will see HI all you need to do now is not get distracted. I have also noticed improved recal and clarity i think this has something to do with subconscious, but it could also be a placebo effect. P.S. I have only tried this at night after i went to sleep for 90 minautes, Your extra tired then this makes it easier to do and HI appears quicker. I find that when you wake up your mind cant relax properly and the dreams flush in i can still remeber dreams vividly now.
