Ok so last night I had my first WILD , I went out with my friends and got home at around 1 , went to bed at 1:30 did some MILD , and went to sleep .
Then I woke up at 5 and was so tired that I decided I was gonna stay awake just for a few minutes to try this thing , after 5 minutes of being awake in my bed I grabbed a soda and drank a few gulps .
I started the counting technique , but couldn't get past 50 without losing count , so I tried another thing , I remembered my first LD , it started with me running down a highway , so I visualized myself back at the scene for about 5 minutes , suddenly , I dropped to my dream bed , it was an amazing rush , I got out of bed and walked around my house , when I got to the living room my dream started to fade and I woke up .
I was a cool experience although not as exciting as other LD , but then again its just my first , maybe I'll try to stay up longer next time and see if that helps .
      Thought I'd share

PS: Is it normal to feel energized when waking from a WILD ? , cuz I found it VERY hard to go back to sleep .

      Thanks for the read

Yeah I think it is normal to be excited(energized) after a Lucid Dream. After mine I get really excited, cuzz you know you just had a Lucid Dream. Thats f@#$ing awsome.

I've not had a proper LD, but even just after things like relaxation, I got up and felt so awake
