      1. No, I am more rested after a good night of lucid dreaming

      2. This is interesting. In my lucid dreams, I can sense them fading. No matter what I try, they fade. Usually very quickly, and I will awaken. It is after the dream has faded that I hear the alarm, or sense that my wife has nudged me or something.

I had a lucid dream today. I took a nap, but I knew my roommate was going to be back in an hour and a half when I fell asleep. I was in the middle of my LD, and I heard the door opening, but I wasn't surprised at all or anything, because I was expecting it. I just let myself wake up. I did find it difficult, though, to remember my lucid dream as well as all my other LDs. Probably becuase I had to socialize right when I woke up.

That feeling of exhaustion is more from the process rather than a Lucid dream.
Try a couple differant approaches for now. see if you can get some results without having to wake up so often.

Seeker. I hate that when whoever is sleeping with you bumps you and wakes you up when your in an LD.
But it is like waking up just like anyother time. somtimes I actually feel more alert. - Maybe closer to conciousness. rather than groggy.

I use diffrent methods now but i found it realy usefull for getting recall up at the time. I managed my first LD last night just by checking if things 'made sense'
