Well, last week I started having LDs and had 3 (2 in one night) and both the evenings before I didn't intend to have any....
Since I've tried to concentrate on having a LD before going to sleep...and it didn't work AND I had problems going to sleep...
Shall I try to do a WILD or just do some RCs during the day (I do a lot of them&#33....?

That's somthg I've realised before: if you concentrate too much on doing smthg it won't happen....
Thanks

I'd suggest doing RCs because they can cause you to do one in a dream making you become aware that you are dreaming. Also starting a dream journal would be good too because it will allow you to notice your dream signs and can cause you to become lucid as well.

Hope that helps

Thanks, it's been 2 months I've started noting my dreams down and since I've had a LD I stopped... so I might start again....

damn: last night I went to sleep partly using yoga techniques and recalled 6 dreams in the morning including 2 in which I recalled the ones before...that was good !

That happened to me last week. I had a dream in which I interacted with my girlfriend. Then, in a subsequent dream, I told my girlfriend about the previous dream and she recalled that she had the same dream and we realized we had a shared dream experience. Of course when I woke in the morning I asked my girlfriend about it and no, she had not had any similar dream that she could recall.
