I spent my second night in toasty warm Finland last night, still experiencing some jet lag i had three lucid dreams last night.

I awoke during the night and felt very restless, my body was exhausted but my mind was very alert and active. After a bit of tossing and turning i decided just to ease my mind by thinking about lucidity and thinking about looking at my hands and rubbing them together when i start dreaming.

Then i felt the familiar vibrations around my feet and the weird loud noises, i relaxed into it and began dreaming. I just relaxed into the dream story this time (instead of controlling the dream and loosing vibrancy) and maintained lucidity really easily.

I woke up another two times after that dream and each time when i went back to sleep, i easily remembered that i was dreaming.

Im guessing that an alert mind vs an exhausted body must be a very good combination for lucid dreaming. The only trouble is that due to all the exciting and different things happening atm my dream recall is not very good.

Im still trying to get more vibrancy in my dreams as they are very dull, almost like a black and white cult movie and i have a lot of blank patches, mostly when i WILD, when i am asleep but cant see anything, then more dreams come in, and then blank again. Rubbing my hands together is very good, and also focusing on single objects, then back to my hands, trying to get a better image of the dreamworld around me but if anyone has anymore hints on vibrancy feel free to send them this way.

      Spinning around can sometimes help.
Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.
