Hi...I'm beginning to do Rcs in my dream but problem is that the hand Rc dosen't work for me and I don't wear watches. So I thought of using a pencil eraser to do the Rc. I keep the eraser with me wherever I go in my pocket so when it's time to do Rc...I will take it out to look at it and then look away. While I'm looking away I try to think the colour of the eraser is other than the original colour..so my theory is if I look back at it, it should change to the colour I thought of and indicate I'm dreaming .

That seems a lot more troublesome than just holding your nose, but, whatever works for you, I suppose.

OK..I finally did this RC in the dream but the bright orange colour din't change... . Anyway I bought a bright green one to compensate for this...see how it goes. The bright green one I will use it to look at during waking time to get an impression of it until it shows in the dream...while the actual RC will be done with the bright orange one, no change. Hopefully they will merge as one in the dream, meaning it will change to the green one. It sounds like alot of work but I'm on a quest for reliable RC....
