I tend to sleep on my side or stomach and I can't seem to get the FILD technique to work for me. Does it work better sleeping on ones back like WILD? Between the time I wake up and fall back to sleep, I can't find a good position to keep my fingers moving before I'm asleep again.
I sleep to dream.

Last night I came pretty darn close to getting it to work. When I woke up I was in the perfect side position to start moving my fingers. I had instant HI and vibrations but I I fell asleep instead of entering lucidity.

I agree with Stonehenge that it doesn't work that great for everyone. Lucky me though
You can sleep on your side, back, stomach, as long as you're relaxed. It must be comfy. It might work better if you put a pillow on the preferred hand. I did that the first time.

good luck ok
