      Hi.

Last night i did some relaxation and managed to get to the point where you cant really feel the limbs. I had tingling in my hands and some minor visualisations. However at this point i felt waves of 'stress' coming through my chest every few minutes. I focused on my breathing to get through it as to not disturb my attempt but they persisted. It was that feeling when you are stressed out/annoyed/frustrated but focused in my chest. However, i was completely relaxed. Anyone else have this? This is the first time i've had it. My heart beat felt perhaps raised a little but not much, breathing was normal.. Any ideas?

Sounds normal. Sleep paralysis does this every time. I would suggest sleeping on your side.

Edit: A bit brief that was. Actually, it might be a good idea for you to get accustomed to this feeling, as well as the many other sensations that may arise while attempting a WILD. Just know that they are harmless and usually not sleeping on your back will make most of it go away. I have had vibrations so intense that I thought my body was tearing in two lol. Good Luck.

So this is a symptom of SP then? I prefer to relax on my back, i normally sleep on my side though.. i've tried before to do techniques on my side but it seems i lose focus and just want to sleep more. I'll give it another shot.

I used to attempt on my back all the time because I was told it keeps you from sleeping. Unfortunately, it also kept me from succeeding.

Definitely sleep how you usually do, it make take practice to not fall out, but that's really the easy part.
