      WILD trouble

I was the closest I have ever been to achieving a WILD. About a week ago I woke up and decided to do it. I get relaxed to where I can't feel my body and just stay calm...but nothing for an hour. I did'nt think the whole time, I just kept my mind clear. Can anybody tell me anything I'm doing wrong, or any suggestions on what I should do?

Ya Menthol, i have the same problem. The first time i tried WILD, without WBTB it actually worked, and it was the closest i ever got to full SP but i freaked out. Now i just feel awkward when im trying it. Don't know what the problem is.

I think the problem might be in the fact that you tried to keep your mind clear. Sometime, it helps to daydream a little bit to incubare the HI process. Please give that a try, but don't allow yourself to be caught up so much in the daydreaming that you lose your concentration and fall asleep.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

Ok thanks, I day dreamed last night and felt more relaxed and felt like I was going to do it, but my eyes started to sting. Is it just sleep still in my eyes, or because I keep them really still for awhile?
