Thread: Help with getting lucid

I need help getting lucid. I've been lucid once. In this dream, I was in a grocery store that I get bad vibes from, and I realized I was dreaming. I kept looking at my hands. It was a grat dream. Since then, i have been obsessed with lucid dreams, but have haI just couldn't grasp the fact that I was in fact asleep already. I would love some help please!

Look for digital clocks = they are your best Lucid dreaming friends. The moment you look at it you may realize you are dreaming. If you glance at it twice, you will know you are dreaming for sure.

Theory = buy a couple more alarm clocks with big red digits and put them in "strategic" locations in your room: like on TV or next to computer. This may help you...

Digital clock thing wrks real well. I have a big one with a Bright orange screen and black numbers. It kept me lucid in my 2nd lucid dream
