Tilding(using The Mind Voyage Mp3's)

EDIT!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO MORE THEN 3 times in a row SERIOUS side effects for me are happening. CONStant twitching and shit. Had an extacy sort of feelign when i listned to any thing through my headphones.

Last night. I just started trying LD's but i tried TILDING with my ipod and a series of hypnosis from Mind Voyage. Anyways. It was amazing i saw vividness and my imagination let wild. I did not have any long dreams, each lasting until a new thought would appear. Go check my Dream Journal in the thread My first Entry.... in that section of the forums to see what i can remember. Also, I feel Really tired even though i got 6-7 hours of sleep. I want this to be a thread dedicated to just this MindVoyage Mp3's and stuff cuz it will help us to understand, and know warnings about usage and stuff.

Experience with the 9 mp3's from Mind Voyage:

Time used: before i went to bed 12:30-2

Side Effects: went to school restless, but got lots of sleep

Vivid quality: VERY!

RC able?: Yes but i kept having false awakenings and my hands looked like the finger tips were extending

Dreams recalled using this: Iunno iv nly had dream glimpses so far but check my dream journal entry to see

Dream control able?: i have no idea.

Usage of the TILD and the mp3's i mentioned per week: So far once but i just started last night and im probally going to do it again tonight unless someone tells me its really harmful.

no Trance induced but i have been doing the trance and doing the htirts i dont know why. i just forget to drink any liquid before doing the trance.

the one thats LD1 LD2 And it goes to LD 9 u listen to them all its an hour and some. Lol unfortunatly noone believes me it sounds bullshitish when i tell them. It works though. my physical body goes to bed but my minds still awake but the only problem is this series will keep u awake, i stayed up till the end but my mind was vivid SUPER vivid like I was in space, a vortex tube(like futurama) the ocean, clowns, tidbits of sexuallity but not much, and waves and clear vivid bubbles after that i get disoriented and lose all vividness near the end and then i have a false awakening
