if i stayed up until i was very tired or enough to fall asleep within 10 minutes and tried this, would it work? i've already done it where i had a nice full lenghted sleep and then i got up to pee, went back to sleep and did the technique and after 10 minutes it worked and it was pretty long. i really want to do it again because i wasn't sure if it would work so i had no idea of what i wanted to do. so, you think doing it before you've had any sleep would work? |
