Hey, for the past 2 months i've had hardly any luck with lucid dreams, nothing to report at all, my dream recall has been up and down, should i just leave trying ti induce a lucid dream for now and concentate on my dream recall to build that up, i had a reallt long vivid dream last night, best i've had so far, you can read it on my dream journal, thanks for any help!
