      Hi.....been hopping from method to method for quite sometime now and it's making me loose focus on LDing. I decided to reuse my RC technique, the one with the 'remember the last RC...is it time to do another RC?'. I'm using the nose and hand RC together( the only ones I'm OK with)...thing is so far the hand RC has failed 3 times in dreams and the nose RC sorta worked at the last minute, that was after quite a long nose RC.... Well I guess doing an unworkable RC is better than not doing any RC at all...maybe and hopefully it might trigger lucidity somehow.

      I had 2 dreams about LDs last night...looks like it's working... I also do one whenever I wake up from bed .
