Anyone ever tried this? My main problem is when I count my to do a normal WILD breaths I can NEVER fall back to sleep. I sat there for two hours once and almost nothing happened. Tonight, I am going to wake up in my REM period, down 50mg of Phenergan (Which only decreases the REM period by around 2-3%), once the pills start hitting me, jump back in bed and WILD. Hopefully I will be able to count my breath and with the help of pills fall straight to sleep . I have used 25mg of this stuff when I've had insomnia and it really knocked me out, I still have around 7 dreams that I remembered that night, so hopefully 50mg will be enough to put me to sleep with a WILD. What you all think?

Phenergan is a very strong sleep aid. I've got a bottle of Promethazine, which is the Syrup-form of Phenergan; which is the Powder-form If I'm correct. It is an anti-histamine and it relaxes the living life out of both your Body and Mind.

I don't know wether it supresses REM-sleep or not.

PS: I believe this Topic belongs in the ''Lucid Aids'' subforum so it might have to be moved.

Yeah it is extreely strong, i've only ever used 25mg, never needed anymore. 10mg still puts me to sleep. Som scientists did a test, the higher the dose, the more REM went down, 50mg only caused it t go down around 2-3%, 100mg earound 6% and so on.

Not sure if this was a WILD or not, but I took 10mg of Ambien the other night (insomnia has hit me pretty hard lately), and thought I'd try and fight it for a few minutes. I've never WILDed before, but after a few minutes the HI was CRAZY. Patterns and shapes were flowing all over the place, and I was floating around. I could feel my body moving and feel myself getting sucked into it all.

Then I sat up and opened my eyes, and my whole room was kind of. . .infused with HI. Strange colors, and everything was flowy. I thought about getting up and testing to see if I was in a dream state, but I went back to bed, just in case I was awake and just hallucinating. I didn't want to start walking around IRL, in case I wasn't asleep and paralyzed.

My dreams were pretty vivid, and the next morning, I went back to sleep and had a nice DILD, without even trying. I didn't expect such strong effects that time, but if I end up taking Ambien again any time soon, I'll be more scientific about everything that happens.
