Well the past few nights I tried to do a HILD, and I bought some B6 Tablets (50mg), and I decided that tonightI'm going to try a WILD. Will probably try one before bed, and one later in the night, so I have a bigger chance of being lucid. Wish me luck :yumdumdoodledum:

Frickin' A! I was attempting a WILD, just for kicks, before a nap, and my bro walked in. Rats. Guess It'll have to wait...

Dont try it before sleep unless you want to lay there for 2 hours.

If you want to try it twice do 4hours into sleep, then 6 hours into sleep.

Well I woke up at 4:30 and tried WILD for a few minutes, but then I drifted off too sleep, is there any strategy to staying focused on the WILD?

theres lots of stuff you can do to stay focused.
i read people count, do math, focus on clock ticks etc.
personally im usually too excited to fall asleep >_>

Well since today is Friday, I have decided I will go to sleep (no LD attempts such as HILD or WILD). I will set my cellphone to go off on vibrate 5 hours later. Hopefully the vibrate doesn't wake me up too much, and it is easier to get to SP. Wish me luck

Hey, before smcking me in the face just let me say its only my opinion, i think that taking tablets is a bad way to go about it tbh, they may help but at the end of the day its up to you to lucid dream, not rely on something to help you do it, but i'm not stopping you doing it, itsonly my input, for all i know they could work very well, i've never tried them, but you got your whole life to build it up, justtake it slowly and you will most likely get better results, just don't rush things, good luck with further lucids though

      It can't hurt.
It is up to you, although it does make things easier..

Well I woke up 2 times this morning. I tried to concentrate harder on like counting numbers, and breathing, but to no avail. Is there any problem for WILD if I get up and walk around for like 5 or 10 minutes before attempting?

And I think I'll take 1 more tablet tonight of the B6, but for the next week I won't. I think it's actually hurting my dream recall.

Might even try some V8 Fusion Juice, unless that is not recommended... Right now my goal is to just improve dream recall, and vividness...
