So like this is really starting to piss me off.

I've induced sleep paralysis many, many times in my life. Most of them go "okay", where I'll feel some pretty powerful vibrations but they'll never actually get painful to the point where I cannot continue. But sometimes, I get the following sytoms, and I seriously fail the WILD 4/5 times when this happens. Usually it won't happen for a long time, and then I'll get a few in a row.

      1. I'll feel a slight tickle, usually on my side around the hip area. Though I've felt it in my armpit, back, and neck as well.
      2. This tickle will just start to get stronger. And it is non-stop.
      3. It gets to a point where it's actually painful and it feels like something is jabbing into me.
      4. I try to battle it, but no luck, it just keeps growing and growing.
      5. It gets really f-in painful and I have to struggle to wake up (usually I can get out of SP pretty easily but when this happens its like I lose control).

My only escape has been to actually enter some sort of dream. I desparately try to "roll out" of my body when this occurs, but usually I'm just stuck, helpless, unable to do anything at all. I've tried to go along with it, I've tried to laugh it off (in my mind) - but it's like I cannot control it all.

Does anyone else experience this because I don't think I've really read about this anywhere - and it just sucks.

I've had a similar thing where it feels like something is proding me. I try to ignore it and that sometimes weakens it but sometimes it does get too powerful. I usualy find relaxing to help.
