      Sild/ Hypnosis

      i tried SILD 1 day and i used Instant Self Hypnosis- a book and got cool llucids that night.

      i recommend it to everyone!

      ok, well, i found the topic- SILD, and dit the stuff there. and you can get the book at any bookstore in the psychology or self help section. really works.
