that sounds pretty nifty, i'll have to try it some time. but it would be kind of hard to sit there and do nothing for 30 mins |

When you are sitting there doing nothing, you are with you. No distractions. No escapes. Just you and the present moment... the only moment that really exists, as the future and past are both ideas which exist only in the mind. Until you are happy with just you, suffering exists. This same suffering is what saps you of your personal power. The same power needed for dreaming consciousness... for lucid dreams. Why not give it a shot? Thirty minutes a night is a small sacrifice for lucidity. |

Vitamin B6 is supposed to increase your overall awareness in a dream? |

Hey, I'd love to have 30 minutes before bed to sit and just meditate. |

You can buy a suppliment which contains just B-6 at the grocery store, or any nutrition store. This site seems to have a lot of info on B-6, including natural sources found in foods: |
