so weird

i just took a nap and i had a dream. i did the nose rc and it didn't work it was really weird. i think it might be because i don't just try to breathe normally when i do this rc, I really try to suck the air in. im gonna breathe normally when doing them from now on. is there any other reason that this might be happening

Actually, when I do this reality check, I try to breathe in really hard as well. But I always expect to be able to breathe, and that seems to help - I've never had an experience where I couldn't breathe with this reality check, except of course when I've actually been awake. Hope that helps.

thanks i had another lucid thismorning breathing normally. i'll be sure to start out with a better mindset too. thats one of my biggest problems not believeing its gonna happen
