hey all, this is my first post so excuse me if its a bit dodgy. Yea, well, anyway i was sleeping and having a dream and in the dream i actually looked around and realised that i was dreaming, but i didnt seize control of it!! I'm wondering, was this lucid? and how do i increase/gain control of my dreams?

Yeah.... maybe because you didn't know much about lucid dreaming beforehand, you didn't take control....

Were you still excited when you found out it was a dream?
Oh yeah, and welcome, but you know me so whatever. -Stoat

      Dream Mask from Wellness Tools

      Hello everybody,

I came across this blog while searching on dreaming, and I just wanted to chime in about Wellness Tools. My husband and I bought a Dream Mask and the customer service was excellent. When I called Wellness Tools, The customer service was excellent and they were very nice and willing to help with all my questions.

      Umm...

Are you a salesperson by any chance?

I think most of us have heard of Wellness Tools, there's a thread about it here:
