Okay since I've noticed that WILD is not the best technique to experiment on I have decided to look a bit deeper into the MILD technique.

On all occasions I had a Lucid Dream, from youth till recently, I have always picked up on Lucidity in the middle of a Dream. This was when my dreams had rattled up a memory of Dreaming/Lucid Dreaming and lead me to wonder if I was dreaming and do an RC or just instantly know I was dreaming.

So the main thing with MILD is NOT to forget to come back on the question: Am I Dreaming? and to do a Reality Check right after.

Are there any practical, hadny, funny, creative ways you people know of to get something really important imprinted into your memory?
If you REALLY musn't forget something and it's VERY important that you remember it frequently throughout the day what exactly is it you do?

I know some ways to really burn things into your memory. I'll add your suggestions to the list:

- The Power of Repetition: Repeat something over and over and you can "dream it".
-If you happen to have a specific song stuck in your head (poor Child) then Strongly associate this song with doing an RC.
- Motivation: Thoroughly think about the Consequences if you Fail to remember Questioning yourself wether you're dreaming. Then thoroughly think about the consequences if you DO remember it.
