      Experiences with WILD?

I am going to be trying it out for the first real time tonight, and I would like to hear some of your experiences with it? I'll be going to sleep about 8ish, so what time should i set my alarm clock too? I'm going to try out Claritys tutorial for my first time. Any tips or thinks i should know about? let me know!

Hope you're not sleeping yet! (even if it is 8pm) You should set your alarm to 11 PM or midnight. Since that makes 3-4 hours.

Sleep at the same time as you have been for the last week or so, set the alarm for about 5.5 hours later (seems to be the best for me, may be different for you) and then wake up for a good hour before going back to sleep. Also try taking some caffiene when you wake up but dont wake your self up physically too much or else relaxing will be very hard. Also make sure you have a good relaxation technique picked out that you have tried out before and know you can pull off. Also dont freak out during SP like i did when i first started LDing as this wrecks the whole exp. and you have wasted a night. Good Luck and tell us how it goes!
