      Wild

I've been trying to WILD alot, but I always just fall asleep...

But I'm realizing a way to do it that holds my attention...
As I'm drifting off I imagine moving my hands. And as I get more and more asleep I can feel certain movements that I imagine. It's almost as if my soul is being slowly untied from my body...

Keeps me focused... but I haven't succeeded wilding yet so maybe it's a weak method

well, just remember: it took way more than 4 months for me to ever do something right about WILD

and I tried it since the very first day

so don't worry if it's been a week nwo and you still haven't had a lucid induced by it

just be sure that the mind training you get from WILD will be worth it in the end

and if you fall asleep, I guess you need a strong objective
think like "I'M GONNA STAY CONSCIOUS AND TRY TO MY BEST TO HAVE A WILD TODAY, AND WHEN I GET LUCID, I'M GONNA DO THIS AND THAT".

having an objective will get you focused and own't let you give up (WILD can be quite tempting to give up at later times, but it's all a trick by your body)

if you really have time to read about WILD, then I suggest the tutorial of my own here

anyway good luck... the road to lucidity may be long and unclear, but the outcome is much better than you imagine

      bear hugs

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
