If you want more insight into lucidity, insight of significance, then I'd suggest you try other books on Lucid Dreaming instead:
Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming is a book that I really wanna buy along with some more books from the same author: Stepehen Laberge.

It's not some super technique or tool or anything YOU DON'T ALREADY KNOW/CAN KNOW by simply searching around this site.
It simply uses information that is easily attainable around here.

I'd check out a PDF if you put one up, but it doesn't look like it's going to help much...

I guess he has meaning in a metaphorical way, like the BibleBe carefull with what you say.. you dont know for sure that there are all lies, have you really study Carlos Castañeda?.. have you come in close with the expierences he talks about.?..
