      entering a dream?

i tried to wild again last night. i got to SP, but no dream seemed to form. it just kept being random HI. i think i may have not waited long enough. just what are you suposed to do after you get SP?

I did a sortof WILD today. I woke up during a nap, and went directly back to sleep. Powerfull HI started to appear, and I picked one of them out. I focused on it, on the slight stuff I could see, and after a second or so, I was standing in the scene/picture. The transition only took a few seconds. It's like going from lying down, to suddenly stand in an entirely different place. Quite weird.

      experienced that already, lordalmar

but indeed I saw a lot of HI which mostly I don't see

just focus a bit on it or on any hallucination you have and you'll be taken it

just like a camera "zoon in" - the closer and more focused you are o na dream object, the more conected you will be with the dream, eventually entering it

i'ts a tricky part put easy once you do it your first time

ok, i will try that. so i just focus on anything i see and it will "zoom in" and i will eventualy be in the dream. i can do that easy. i have never tried focusing on hi when in SP, that must be what i am missing.

i will try this tonight when i go to bed.

Ah that's something which I am also trying to do at the moment. I get to SP but then what little HI I get, I sort of ignore because I'm scared of slipping into a dream. So I guess I'll try that. The closest I've gotten to WILDing was when I sort of 'got inside my own head' by my own thoughts. Unfortunately once I realised this I was excited and zoomed back out

i tried again last night. i didn't get any HI, so i couldn't try focusing on anything. i can get to SP every time i try now, so i must be getting better. i wonder if what i focus on will determine what kind of dream i will get.

      Hey there.

If you're in sleep paralysis, realize it and move beyond that... perhaps you should reality check.

In most of my WILDs I just 'wake up' in bed, laying in the exact same position as when I laid down to WILD. Perhaps when you're past that initnal SP transition you're already in a LD. All that'd be left for you to do is get off your butt and enjoy the dream.

Its worth a try at least. Next time you get to that point 'after' SP, reality check a couple of times.
