      Question Relaxation Techniques

      I wasn't sure if this is the right board to post this but,

      I was wondering if anyone knew of any relaxation/mind clearing techniques that they would like to share. One of the problems I've been having is that I'm too tense and my mind wanders whenever I'm trying to practice the lucid techniques.

      (I know about the 61-point relaxation technique in the Tutorials section, and I have yet to try it out)

      a simple yet effective relaxation technique i use is breathing
      you can find more info by googling\wikipediaing it, but the basic idea is 'breathing through' the stomach rather than the chest.
      put a hand on your chest, and a hanf on your stomach, and breath so that the hand on the chest stays and the hand on the stomach raises.
      i read this is also a healthier way of breathing, as it allows you to obsorb more oxygen or something.
