      Restlessness WILD

I had to sleep at a relative's house wensday and for some reason the bed wasn't too comfortable. I kept getting up to look at the clock, turning on the TV after the sleep timer ran out, and generally drifting out and in to sleep. But, one thing I think I've noticed is that, because I felt so restless, some of those may actually have been FAs! I know I'm certain of at least one FA where the front door was opened, light barreled in and I told them to shot the door so I can go to sleep. Keep in mind, this was the dark of night in real life. I think maybe some other times I got up may have also been FAs, too.

Therefore, I'm attempting to come up with an odd method. There must be some way to harness this, to take advantage of it. Even if you feel at ease, you can still make yourself moderately restless with minor physical discomfort or even just forcing yourself to get up every couple of minutes and look at the clock.

Has anyone ever been real restless, and thought they got up every two minutes but instead slept and had many FAs? Any suggestions or tips to develop this into a technique?

This has happened to me before. If you read Clarity's WILD technique, she also mentions sleeping in a different position to keep you slightly more awake and emphasise a difference between "normal" sleep and lucid sleep - maybe you could harness this somehow? Good luck, I'll let you know if I come up with anything!
