An idea for helping you to do RC's regularly ( may have been mentioned before ):
You know how it quite boring to do RC's, that it's easy to forget to do them regularly throughout the day.
Well, I thought of an idea to make it more interesting:

Try to think like some kind of a detective. where ever you are, always try to look for things that are odd, strange, out of place, or simply things that you haven't noticed before.
After you found something, do an RC to see if it's a dream.

For example: I am walking in the street, I look around me, looking for strange things: well, I notice a cat looking at me down from a tree, or a men wearing a coat, while the weather is hot, or etc etc. Right now I did it at my desk, I looked around the room for something odd, and noticed that the mug that I use to drink water is actually a large beer mug, so I did an RC.

I think that this way of always looking around for strange things, like a detective, could make the rather dull habit of doing RCs more interesting, and possible more effective.
