keep dismissing sp on accident!
whenever i try and FILD, ithink i start going into sp, but i kind of reflexively mess it up, by moving my eyes while they already are moving and messing it up, and dismissing images in my head when they appear. that stops it, and it gets frustrating
feh!

Wake then Back To Bed (WBTB)....there are a few tutorials to be found around here, i'd try to explain it but I'm new to all of this as well and probably wouldn't do a great job! lol
