      Weird WILD with pen

      Yesterday I woke up to write down my dreams in my journal as usual, when as I was writing with my pen on the journal, I put my head on the pillow since I was really really tired and keeping my head up was a challenge.

      About 20 seconds later, my pen is still moving on the paper as my thoughts are being transcribed... only I was in a WILD. I looked at my paper and the writing was all weird, and then I realized it was a dream. I woke up from the shock, but all it took was just a few seconds of continuous writing while keeping your eyes closed and your head down.

      There might be a technique close to this, like the FILD technique. I'm not sure, but this might be a great way to WILD.
      WBTBs = 5
      DILDs = 17
      WILDs = 2
      DEILDs = 3
      MILDs = 12

      Total Lucid Dreams = 38
      Last LD = 02/21/08

      But U'd have to be really really tired or it might keep U awake. I had a similar experience with DJing while very tired. I had woken up from a dream but was too tired to get up to write my DJ and remained lying down but kept bugging myself to not fall back to sleep. Within seconds I was entering back into the previous dream because I was recalling it to write in the DJ. Slowly parts of my 'room' changed into the scene from the previous dream and it got weirder and weirder and I decided to get up for real.

      Do you think that recounstructing your last dream (ie thinking or writing it down) helps you re enter the same place and fast?
