After reading many WILD guides Ive developed a little subtechnique of my own to clear my mind.
For me its very hard to clear my mind if Im not at least abit tired so when I try to WILD I do it after about 4 hours of sleep during the night but not WBTB cause I am awake much longer, till about noon when I take my WILD try.
Anyway the thing I use to clear my mind completley is to concentrate on a point in your face, wich means feel only this point and ignore the rest of the body. Make sure the point is close to your eyes like above them or right in the middle. While concentrating on this point its enough to make you awake and relaxed, I also dont feel SP while doing this cause I completley ignore the rest of my body.
While doing this random thoughts will run trough my mind they are not something I think about they just come, and slowly they form into clear images.
