This is kind of a question, but also a reflection/discussion..

When I dream, I find myself (when the dreams are coherent and resemble real-life situations/environments) doing things I would not normally be doing in real-life. Usually, this means I already have lowered inhibitions in dreams. But I do not attain lucidity at all. I don't directly realize that I'm dreaming at all... For instance, I have just woken up from a dream in which there was an attractive female, and as I felt sensual, I came behind this female and just held her in my arms, hugging her. I wasn't lucid, and I wouldn't have done this in real-life had there been an attractive female before me.

I don't know what to make of all this. I've found this quite prevalent in my dreams. Sadly, I hardly perform lucidity-induction techniques; I usually only think about lucidity/lucid dreaming about 3 times a day. I'm sure if I worked at it again I could start having some [more] lucid dreams. Are they ways I could use these experiences to achieve [higher] lucidity? Is this a rudamentary form of lucidity? Anyone notice this in their non-lucid dreams?
