hey i was wondering if anyone has ever used a timer like on a watch, to go off every hour or half an hour to do a rc. That way you could catch yourslef while your dreaming. Has anyone had any luck with that???

Yeah, I even had a special device to remind me... Then it broke...

well, for the week or so while I was doing it, I didnt notice anything special..

well i decided to try it and im wondering if anyone has any positive feedback on this (IE did you succesfully realize you were dreaming from using this method?)

The problem with this method is that you end up relying on the timer to remind you to RC. Then, in the dream, you don't hear the timer, so you don't RC.

Unless, of course, you leave the timer by your bedside. If it's not too loud, you should hear it in the dream without it waking you up.

I dont hear nothing in tha real world when Im asleep. Man I am O U T . My alarm doesn't even always wake me, sometimes not until its been ringing for a few hours. I slept till like 8:30pm today. Guess I made up for all tha sleep I missed during tha week.
