So uhh.. i found my dream sign but it keeps killing me

ya... This dream sign has become more and more common and now its almost every other night. Maybe its just because i've been thinking about it alot but now my dream sign is a giant nuclear explosion that goes off and kills me. SO how do i train myself to recognize this as a dreamsign before it kills me and wakes me up? I normally have about 4 seconds before the blast hits me and im starting to question it more and more every time it happens. Also lately its been inducing FA's. Help would be nice...

Wow! Well looks like you're well on your way already since it's inducing FAs and you're questioning it more. Before you fall asleep, try picturing this explosion and repeating to yourself that you will recognize it as a dream sign and you will know that you are dreaming. Try writing it a few times too. A physical activity like writing something will let your subconscious know that you are serious about this.

well if its inducing FAs then just rc every time you wake up you are bound to catch it if you do that.
