Has anybody had any experience with the PEST (Programmable Electronic State Tester)? Basically it's a beeper that randomly goes off during the day with vibrations and/or beeping. Then you press a button and it does something. The theory being that if it goes off enough during the day, you'll start having it built into your dream world, and when you press it, it won't work/do somethind weird/etc. But like most of LaBerge's stuff, it's ridiculously priced/hard to find. Has anybody worked with it before? If there are any EE types, wouldn't that be something relatively simple to put together with an Altera EPROM kind of deal? |
