      getting first lucid dream?

      im about to take a nap and im going to try and get a lucid dream.

      what should i do to try and attain one

      im drinking v8 right now for b6

      also i just took a vitamin with 10 mg b6

      Try WILD! That is, if you're pretty tired. If you're not very tired try MILD. Good luck with the LD!

      That's the MILD tutorial.
      For a nap, you might want to bend it a little. Instead of trying to remember a dream after waking up from it, use a past dream from last night (or the night before).

      first lucids are always tricky, I would agree with MILDing, I've had close to a hundred lucids and I still can't WILD
