I'd say WBTB and WILD but.. whatever technique it was.. it worked and you got your first lucid! |

Ok so i fell asleep for about 5 hours and i woke up. As i fell back asleep, i was like half asleep and i saw a dream forming. So I worked really hard on entering the dream and i did! I was in my friends basement but it looked foggy so i spun around and rubbed my hands together and it became very vivid. So then i was in a lucid dream!!!! My first one too. I dont know what technique this would be considered as. Part WBTB because i was asleep for 5 hours tehn i woke up and went back to bed. Maybe part WILD because i entered the dream being fully lucid, but i didnt count or go into SP or HI or anything. It was quite confusing but it seemed to work perfectly. What do you think it would be??? |

Most of the 'newer' techniques I've seen are either based off WILD's or are just worded differently. So WILD is basically the base for most techniques. |

Yep, all of the above, dream reentry, WBTB, WILD, that is about the single most succesful technique for me. I wake up, if i don't have to go to the washroom, i stay extremely still, and within 30 secs im fully conscience in a dream. But if i wake up and move, even the slightest bit, it won't work, for me at least. |
