I'm having the same problem too, so right now I'm trying to schedule my life so that I keep my motivation up for dreaming and lucidity. That means getting plenty of sleeps, RCs, and concentrating on dreaming before sleeping. If you're motivated, you'll be able to fit dreaming into your life! |

Well, are you getting a good amount of sleep each night? How rested do you feel after you get up? I'd guess that you're probably subconsciously tense, but if so it'll go away after a day or two. However, if you're not feeling rested after you get up, you might not be getting to the very deep sleep stages. Do you recall waking up a significant amount of times during the night? |

sometimes they just stop. No matter how motivated you are. I have been motivated enough to get alot of psi things working, however, my LD's have gone down also.. |
