... but I haven't been able to find it again. It was an idea I had (which other may also have had) about a method of attaining lucidity, but only if you have done something very specific in a lucid dream before ...

I called it SWIL (Switch Wild Induced Lucid (bad name, I know, but I will come up with a better one if it works )), and it - in essence - was setting a mental switch well in a lucid dream, and then using that switch to automatically enter into a lucid dream.

From my understanding, you would have to find a way of telling your subconuse that you will dream a lucid dream when you recieve a sertain stimulas. One way would be to form a computer infront of you, and use that to "modify the program". Or, if your DC's are helpful enough, ask one of them how to do it. Another way would be to somin your subcon to you and ask him/her.

So you are saying that while in a dream ask a DC, Summon your Subconscious, Or Make A Computer in front of you and ask/modify it so that whenever something happens you will become Lucid?

... sounds pretty weird, doesn't it? Thats the long and short of it, though.

The problem is this lucidity technique requires lucidity.
Quite the little contradiction eh?
