i thought i did it right but there was no dream. let me give you some backround.
normaly i wake up around noon and fall asleep at midnight or latter (this has not been my routine for long) so i set my alarm clock for six o-clock drink a glass of milk to help me sleep and go to bed. i wake up at six with no dream and i go here and read some stuff for half an hour and go back to bed but i don't sleep i sit there for an hour completly awake. so i ask wtf has this ever happened to anyone eles. and if there are problems that you could help me with it i would be very grateful.
